For nonprofits

You focus on the mission. We handle the operational pieces.

Donor data, pledge forms, Salesforce ↔ QuickBooks. The plumbing work — scoped to what's slipping, not a full takeover.

One of these is probably happening right now.

Concrete situations. Fixed scope, fixed price, done remotely. Click any to see the full scope and price.

Donor data is scattered. The board asks questions you can't answer.

Cover the slipping pieces

Operational tech for nonprofits

The pieces of Google Workspace, account lifecycle, CRM upkeep, or vendor coordination you'd rather not own. Scoped to what you want covered.

What nonprofit leaders usually ask first.

Do you only work with Jewish nonprofits?

Most of our nonprofit work has been with Jewish organizations across Nevada, Florida, and New Jersey, but the patterns work for any mission-driven small nonprofit. The CRM, forms, and integration playbooks are the same.

What CRMs do you work with?

Salesforce most often, plus QuickBooks for accounting. We've also worked with Bloomerang, DonorPerfect, and various sheets-and-Mailchimp setups. If the system has an API or can export reliably, we can work with it.

Do you require an annual contract?

No. Monthly engagements are month-to-month. Project work is fixed scope, fixed fee. If we stop being useful, you stop paying.

What's the smallest engagement you'll take?

$249 — a new-staff onboarding. Most engagements are larger but we'll take a small one if it's a fit.

Who do you currently work with?

References on request. Multiple Jewish nonprofits, several for five years or longer.
