Talk about this →What schools usually ask first.
Do you work with our kind of school?
Most of our school work has been with Jewish day schools (K-12, preschools, multi-campus networks). The patterns work for any small private K-12 school with similar systems.
Do you work remotely or come on-site?
Most work is remote. We can be on-site for major setups (back-to-school, new campus) within driving range, or fly out for larger projects. Almost everything else handles fine remotely.
Do you require an annual contract?
No. Monthly retainers are month-to-month. One-time projects are fixed scope, fixed fee. If we stop being useful, you stop paying.
How fast can you turn around a request?
WhatsApp or email reaches us during business hours, usually same-day. Setups (Chromebook classrooms, new staff) typically delivered within a few days of you sending us the details.
Can we start with one small thing?
Yes — most relationships start that way. New-staff onboarding, a Chromebook classroom, a back-to-school sprint. If it goes well, the monthly side usually follows.
