So I found that when chatting with Shopify support they ask me all the same questions that I just filled out in order to start the chat. This just adds 10 minutes of back and forth that wasted time. So here is a list you can copy/paste and fill in your info right when the chat starts to save time and frustration.
Request: Type the issue or question you have here with details and links
Full Name:
Email:
Paypal Email:
Organization Name:
Full Address on file:
Paste that along with your info after the : into the chat to cut to the point.
